About Automatic
When the system is set to run in automatic, other than
boost and circulate times, which will be described
later in the manual, there are three instances that
are taken into account.
1. Both the ceiling and lounge temperatures are below
the thermostat settings.
In this event the system is shut down and waiting. All fans are off, and dampers are closed to prevent drafts.

2. The ceiling space is above temperature, and the
lounge is below temperature.
In this event damper 1 is closed and damper 2 is open. Fan 2 is running, and air is circulated from the ceiling to the southern part of the house.

3. The lounge is above temperature.
In this event damper 1 is open and damper 2 is closed. Both fans are running and air is circulated from the lounge throughout the house.
